Watched Avatar 3D yesterday with Hanxiong, Eric, JuinFai and LongXiang at JP.
Got to say, the show was freaking awesome. I really loved the otherworldly feeling it gave me. Like a dream come true since I'm always such a dreamy person buried in fantasies and the like. It was great to see a world different from ours in some ways for a change, and Avatar managed to exceed my expectations for that aspect.
At the sad parts I teared abit I guess? Lucky we got the 3D bigass glasses to cover. The funny parts were funny lol. Overall a 4.5/5 rating I'd give it. Really worth a watch though it was long. I was eating chips but soon I didn't want to eat anymore and was super engrossed in the movie. Tells a lot bout the show right? Haha. Also, the super exciting parts were my favourite. I could tell that the theme of the movie was actually highlighting something along racial differences and how difficult it was to co-exist with another different from us without understanding the other. It told us how savage and stubborn humans really were. Coupled with the fact that some humans really are like warmongers and barbarians that don't seek for peace, I'd say this movie gave us the true, ugly impression of us. And suddenly I feel so freaking bad for ostracizing or discriminating another person because he/she was different from me. So I will apologize here, though I don't know who to apologize to, but I think I must have done so in some part of my life before. Though this doesn't count for people who totally piss me off or whatever.
