Hey guys.
Just back from a visit to the hospital.
Went to do blood test..
The nurse poked this sharp needle into the vein on my arm, and then asked me to squeeze my hand. So the blood started flowing into this tube, then she changed the tubes 2 times, making it 3 tubes worth of my blood. Frankly speaking, it hurts, but I was brave enough to see my blood in the tube, dark red. I was curious about wad she wld do and all. xD Then she shaked the tubes, although I don't noe wad for. I mean, its an evenly distributed solution right? Bah, who cares.
Then went to do ECG. I duno wad it stands for, but the nurse sticks some kind of stickers onto my chest, my arms, and my legs. Then she hooks some kind of hook(?) onto the stickers, and asks me to relax. Aft awhile, it was over, and I felt I wasted my time. -.-
So now I'm back home =) My arm does not hurt anymore, hehe.
And ytd I watched a documentary on Okto, showing ppl who contracted dwarvism. These ppl are about the size of a kindergartner or P1 only, approx 3 feet tall.
There are ppl who are the age of 21, the face seems mature, thoughts are mature, but with a body of a kid. I've never tried putting myself in their shoes before, and the documentary really opened my eyes to such ppl. Things like pointing at them, staring at them. It makes them feel uncomfortable, inferior, or even unhappy. And I really pity them. They have aspirations of getting married, driving a car, working a normal job, even chefs! They are still normal humanbeings and we should not tease them. But I've teased ppl who are no contracted with dwarvism short, and I admit I was being a bastard. So now I vow, not to laugh at or mock people who are shorter than me. Because it is something very mean, and I apologize to whomever I have ever mocked at, especially Ling Yun and Zi Jian. =\
Because in fact, you all are not short at all =)
